Production
Large Manseng grapes were harvested manually at the time of the first picking. The healthiest of grapes at the optimal aromatic maturity were selected from the fine 'terroirs' (term used to denote the combination of soil, climate and exposure to the sun - that is the natural physical environment of the vine).
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes were pressed, drained, and the must filtered to remove any deposits), fermented at a controlled temperature and bottled early in the winter.
Tasting
LOOK: Straw yellow, perfectly clear with pretty green reflections.
NOSE: Releases an intense palette, rich in fruits (citrus, pears, lychees) with underlying tones of honeysuckle.
TASTE: The initial taste is bold, with light bubbles. It maintains all its equilibrium and develops a more and more fruity intensity.
Conservation
A wine to drink young (in the 2 years following harvesting) to profit from its freshness.
