Production
A wine made from Bouchy and Tannat grape varieties.
These noble grape varieties are planted on plain and hils in Bearn area of appellation. Harvest are made by hands
Vinification
Grapes are separated from the cluster and macerate for 8 to 10 days.
The wine is raised in stainless steel tanks for 6 month before bottling
Tasting
Robe : Rubis
Nose : Red berries (strawberry), blackberry jam, a bit of liquorice at the end.
Taste : Smooth from the start. Fresh with a very perfumed finale.
