Vinification

The grapes were de-stemmed, pressed and the new juice statically filtered by gravity over 24 hours. Fermentation took place under controlled temperatures and the wine was then left to develop on the lees for at least 6 months. After a light filtration process, the wine was bottled in the springtime in order to preserve all of its freshness and aromas.

Tasting

ROBE : Pale yellow with green reflections reflets paille. NOSE : Intense and very fine, with explosive aromas of the perfect marriage between pears and white peaches. TASTE : The initial taste is very powerful, round and fruity. At first there are hints of minerals then the flavours of white fleshy fruits cover the palate. The aftertaste is infinitely long.

Conservation

This wine with its excellent structure, balance, minerals and fruit will age exceptionally well for around 5 years.
